1. Introduction

We, Kayla Mayotech LLP, operate the Delulu mobile application and website. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our app and website. By using Delulu, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

2. Information We Collect

  • Personal Information: Name, phone number, and email address provided during registration.
  • Account Information: Profile details, wallet balance, and transaction history.
  • Authentication Data: Information from third-party sign-in (e.g., Google — profile, date of birth, name, gender).
  • Usage Data: Call history (voice and video calls), session duration, and in-app interactions.
  • Call Audio and Video: Your microphone audio during voice and video calls, and your camera video during video calls (see Section 4).
  • Device Information: Device type, OS version, and push notification tokens.
  • Payment Information: Processed securely via third-party payment gateways. We do not store full card details.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide and maintain the Delulu service (voice calls, video calls, wallet, notifications).
  • Process payments and recharge transactions.
  • Send service-related SMS, email, and push notifications.
  • Improve user experience and app performance.
  • Respond to support requests and resolve disputes.
  • Comply with applicable Indian laws and regulations.

4. Voice and Video Calls

Delulu offers voice calls and video calls between users and Listeners.

  • Camera and Microphone: Voice calls need microphone access. Video calls need both camera and microphone access. The app asks for these permissions on your device, and you can withdraw them at any time in your device settings. If you withdraw a permission, calls that need it will not work.
  • What Others Can See: On a video call, the other participant can see you and anything visible in your camera view. Before starting or accepting a video call, make sure nothing private is in view, such as documents, your address, or other people.
  • Monitoring and Recording: As described in our Terms & Conditions, calls, including video calls, may be monitored or recorded by Kayla Mayotech LLP for safety, moderation, and quality purposes.
  • Recording by Others: Users and Listeners must not record, screenshot, or share a call without the other participant's consent. We cannot always prevent this, so please report any misuse to us immediately.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

  • Payment processors (e.g., Razorpay) to handle transactions.
  • Cloud infrastructure providers (e.g., Firebase/Google Cloud) for app operation.
  • Real-time communication providers to connect voice and video calls.
  • Law enforcement agencies when required by applicable law.

Listeners do not have access to your personal information within the app. On a video call, however, the other participant can see you and anything visible in your camera view (see Section 4).

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. After account deletion, certain data may be retained for legal and archival purposes as permitted by law. See our Delete Account page for more information.

7. Your Rights

  • Access and update your profile information directly in the app.
  • Opt out of marketing communications by emailing support@deluluapp.in (processed within 7 days).
  • Request account deletion via the app or email — see Delete Account.

8. Security

We implement reasonable security practices and procedures as required under the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Information) Rules, 2011. While we strive to protect your information, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

9. Children's Privacy

Delulu is intended for users 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, please contact us immediately.

10. Cookies and Tracking

Our website may use basic cookies to improve your browsing experience. The Delulu app does not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics beyond those necessary for app functionality (e.g., Firebase Analytics for crash reporting).

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via in-app notification or email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
